Walking through the fruit trees you come to three small chalets, built at the beginning of the 20th century.They are surrounded by linden trees and sophora japonica. The chalets were built over the two streams that flow through the fruit orchard. Walls enclose what used to be the kitchen garden of the Franciscan monks. One of the rooms that was part of the monastery and is decorated with 17th century frescos can still be visited.

There are ten rooms, each furnished differently, a reading room with a small library, breakfast made from products of the farm, bicycles, and a large hall with big windows that can be used for conferences, courses, exhibitions conventions and ceremonies.
